I am Sarah Kelley-Spearing, an osteopathic physician.
I have clinic locations in Telluride, Ridgway, and Rico CO, and am accepting new patients at all locations. I can also offer home visits in the greater Telluride area.
As a practitioner of family, sports, integrative, and osteopathic manual medicine, I combine the best of both holistic and modern western philosophies of medical care.
I have a cash practice and present an option for those of you without insurance or who are seeking longer, more in depth and holistic visits. I take Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, and several other insurance plans. I can help with rehabilitation and treatment of worker’s compensation injuries through Pinnacol. Please ask and we can develop a plan that works best for you.
I offer a comprehensive approach to injuries or chronic pain with hands on treatment, thorough evaluation, ultrasound diagnosis, injections, coordination with specialists, and a holistic view of how your whole health, nutrition, and mental well-being are integrated.
I am also happy to help with integrative primary care and helping you maintain your optimum health.
Whether you are visiting Telluride or Ridgway and have a medical concern, or are a long-term local looking for ongoing care, please call to discuss how I may be of service.
